Information collected
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project description and any photos you choose to attach. Your message may include a neighborhood or preferred appointment time. You may email us instead of using the form. Please provide only information needed for the enquiry and avoid uploading identification documents, financial details, faces or other unnecessary private information.
The hosting and form services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, access time and security logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and process requests.
Why information is used
Information is used to understand your request, respond to you, discuss scope and estimates, arrange requested services, maintain related records and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. A phone number is optional and is used to respond to your request; it is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
Service providers and disclosure
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Estimate requests and uploaded photos are processed and stored using Zoho Forms, and correspondence is handled through Zoho Mail. These providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website, form, storage, email and security services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Submitted photos are used to assess your enquiry and are not published as project photography without your permission. Information submitted through this website is not offered for sale or used by RBuster for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Cookies, cross-site tracking and external links
RBuster has not added advertising pixels, behavioral-advertising tools or analytics scripts to this website. Essential hosting, security or form-provider technologies may operate when you visit or submit a request. Providers may process technical information under their own policies; RBuster does not authorize third parties to track visitors across websites for advertising through this site. External Instagram links open a third-party website governed by its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Enquiries and photos are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records or meet applicable legal requirements. You can contact us about information that is no longer needed. HTTPS protects data in transit, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests and Nevada privacy rights
You may request to review or correct information you submitted, ask for deletion where applicable, or ask questions by emailing info@rbuster.online with the subject “Privacy request.” This email is also the designated address for Nevada requests not to sell covered information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process is agreed.
For verified Nevada sale opt-out requests to which NRS 603A.345 applies, we respond within 60 days. If a reasonably necessary extension is permitted, we notify you and may extend that period by up to 30 days. This notice does not limit rights granted by applicable law.
Children
This service is intended for adults arranging home services. The form is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so it can be addressed.
Changes to this notice
Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be identified here, and additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law. Please review this page before submitting new information.
